Logan Leahy is a graduate student and Draper Laboratory Fellow pursuing an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering. He is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, Class of 2018, where he earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and was commissioned as an Army Intelligence Officer. After graduation, he was awarded a fellowship by the Charles Stark Draper Laboratory in order to pursue a graduate degree. His research is focused on extracting movement intent through high-density surface EMG for improving exoskeleton control. He is also a member of the M.I.T. men’s varsity lacrosse team. After graduating from M.I.T. in 2020, he will fulfill his active duty service obligation.
